JOB PURPOSE:
Develop & implement technical solutions for process improvement and different engineering projects for procurement and manufacturing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Output 3D model and CAD drafts/ manufacturing drawings.
- Design new machinery and concepts.
- Design Machinery Upgrades.
- Design Machine Parts.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers.
- Provide Technical Support to requestor.
Equipment transfers & Modifications.
- Ensure a smooth and supported equipment transition to FPI. other manufacturing companies.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for equipment transition.
- Handle Equipment Inquiries.
- Design and improve machines and machine parts.
- Supervise the upgrading and building of new equipment and systems.
Training and reporting
- Provide the necessary training, and support for assigned projects.
- Verify & Commission outside manufactured components.
- Prepare operating / troubleshooting manuals for new projects.
HSE
- Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
- Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
- Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order.
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION
- Internal: Technology, Maintenance, Production, QC/QA.
- External: Suppliers (Local & Overseas), Other manufacturing units
