Job Description:
- Register New Job Cases in the system and create Labpan numbers for proper tracking of cases.Â
- Maintain and provide back up reportsÂ
- Answer customer queries via email, call and Whats App
- Monitor urgent cases religiously
- Lab rounds at 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm and 2:00pm everyday
- Update real time status of Job cases in the system
- Assist the Q.A and Q.C. regarding the full history of the job cases
- Assist the Production Manager in distributing the job cases when needed.
- Make sure all instructions in the Job order form are provided before packing.
- Take photos every job cases and input in the system for monitoring.
- Properly packed the Job cases ready for shipping.
- Maintain job cases packed reports per day
- Turn over all outgoing job cases to the reception ready for shipping
- Coordinate with the driver regarding for pick up and ready to deliver cases.
