Data Entry Specialist Duties:

Provide internal support through data input and data entry, processing invoices and reviewing payment statements to ensure accuracy Enters, updates, and maintains data in internal databases relating to customers, products, and suppliers Provides technical support to new and existing internal processes Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Conducts research as needed to resolve problems Proactively works to resolve any discrepancies and user errors

Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Excellent typing skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Positive attitude Requirements And Skills: Process orders, communicate with vendors, and communicate with clients Create and maintain customer/vendor profiles Process and fulfill orders Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures Update existing client/vendor records
