We are looking for a fulltime customer service representative who can deal with customers and also lead a team.Â
Our customer service team are focused on:
signing new clients up for our monthly plans
sending payment links to clients and following up on payment
dealing with customer requests and complaints
explaining customer requests to the kitchen and food packing team
The communication with clients is mostly through WhatsApp and telephone
