 to join them.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Drafting of bidding documents for project subcontracting, preliminary preparation of cost calculation, bidding organization, bidding opening and evaluation organization, contract negotiation, contract signing
- Responsible for the signed contract and the relevant project departments to disclose the contract
- Identify the risks of the contract, and work with the relevant departments of the project department to formulate targeted pre-control measures
- Responsible for the progress settlement and completion settlement of the subcontracted project.
- Responsible for the progress settlement of the project department and the general contractor
