Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a multinational top tier building construction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE with global presence. Our client has experience working on landmark high-rise & multi-facet projects across the Middle East and is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to manage their projects (main contractor) in Middle East & Europe. The ideal candidate should have Site Project Management experience in global markets (Europe, UK, Australia, among others) and the Middle East. 

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Project Director, participate in projects preparation / implementation as well as to support the Board of Directors in making decisions.

Lead the local approvals process including assembling required documents, and consultation with officials and stakeholders

Strong Site based background and experience

Technical:

Tendering all contracts for professional services

Managing contracts and acting as lead contact for all professional services and the construction team including chairing regular project meetings with Project Director

Manage payments and the claims process during construction and reconcile budgets at end of construction

Review all contract changes and coordinate change control process – maintain records of all changes and required approvals

Oversee completion of maintenance procedure instruction, systems demonstration and proper delivery of Operating Manuals

Maintaining all records for the project

Develop strategies for leveraging assets to develop new projects

Develop and manage timeliness for various activities to ensure strategic plans and critical development processes are carried out in a timely manner

Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, and expenditures related to the management of property development activities

Mentor, supervise and develop junior staff

Perform other related duties as required

RequirementsMinimum 12 years Project Management Experience in High Rise / Multi-facet Projects

Knowledge & experience working with a main contractor on projects valuing 500M+

Knowledge & experience implementing best practices in construction 

Computer skills including basic knowledge of e-mail, internet, word processing and spreadsheet software

Flexible & willing to relocate to any project site globally. Reporting to head office in Dubai, UAE.
