Job Description:
- Manages all accounting processes for a real estate division, handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Ensures entity level legal and tax compliance with corporate / tax laws, rules, RERA laws / procedures, including VAT legislation / practice / procedures and monthly / annual filings
- Coordinates with RERA auditors for ensuring timely delivery of RERA audits / reports
- Tracks payment defaulters and reporting for further action in compliance with sale-purchase agreement or according to RERA Guidelines
- Ensures scrutiny on contractors bills and timely payment to all suppliers and supplier accounts reconciliation
