Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.

2. Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.

3. Handle daily bank deposits.

4. Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.

5. Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.

6. Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.

7. Maintain the appearance of the showroom & work area. Sample 2:

1. Operate point of sale system and keep assigned area fully stocked and clean 2. Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly manner 3. Follow all established procedures for documenting errors in cashing procedures. 4. Set up, breaks down, stock, replenish and maintains cash register station. 5. Assemble snacks and nourishments according to facility policy, resident food preferences, and client orders 6. Prepare trays with proper dishes, glasses, cups, condiments and eating utensils for meals 7. Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking side stands 8. Help with the preparation of catering orders or other preparation duties 9. At end of shift, help to clean and restock the cafeteria

Minimum cashier qualifications: 1. High school diploma desired or equivalent. Prior knowledge of the foods/products being sold at the specified counter is desirable. 2. Must have at least one year of cashier and cash handling experience, and be comfortable handling and counting his or her own cash drawer. 3. Previous customer and food service experience preferred. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. 4. Position requires standing, bending and mobility the entire work day. 5. Must be able to lift full pans, not to exceed 25 pounds. 6. Light cleaning duties such as wiping counters and small equipment, sweeping and refilling stock. 7. Must be able to communicate politely and effectively with guests and other employees.
