Job description:
To take the food orders and ensure they are entered into the till accurately. To take payment for all food ordered and ensure that it is accurately recorded. To co-ordinate the food service thereby ensuring all customers are served promptly. To store all food items according to the Doner and Gyros procedure. To carry out all daily and weekly cleaning procedures according to the schedules. To make sure that the front of house area is kept clean at all times To assist in the training of new members of the Doner and Gyros team. To comply with any other reasonable requests by a member of the Management team.
