
Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective campaign to secure local Operators and customers within the assigned territories to deliver financial targets through new sales, up-selling and renewals.
Develop a strong potential local operators base Middle East through developing contacts at the highest level and anticipating client needs.
Role and Responsibilities
•        To achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers, including but not limited to Carrier(s), Telco(s), MNO(s) and OTT(s).
•        To resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
•        To facilitate the GM of Dubai office on all business expansion activities in the region
•        To anticipate client needs, to prospect and pursue new business opportunities at all time.
•        To build up close relationships with all customers across all accounts and be able to strengthen customers’ confidence into loyalty.
•        To promote and enhance company image by demonstrating professional sales and services at all time.
•        To handle the tasks as assigned by the company in order to meet the Sales KPI/Target.
