We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Call Center Associates. Call Center Associates play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and to customer inquiries.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Input and update customer information in the database.
Follow call scripts and maintain a professional and courteous tone.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume and resolution times.
Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer needs.
Stay informed about product updates and promotions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferapply-d.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
