Based in DUBAI, the selected candidate will support the property management team. Their duties will include but not be limited to:

›     Process new tenant applications as well as renewals.

›     Address and resolve tenant issues and complaints where possible.

›     Maintain regular maintenance records on the system.

›     Inspect property on a regular basis to assess condition of buildings and grounds and to ensure that empty units are ready for new tenants

›     Report any problems or issues to management.

›     Manage records and files of current tenants.

›     Respond to emergency maintenance or safety calls.

›     All other tasks and duties as advised or instructed by management.
