Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the manager to set departmental goals and objectives. Assist in managing and leading a team of employees, providing guidance, direction, and support. Ensure that team members understand and follow company policies and procedures. Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Monitor team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project progress. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency. Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory management. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. Interact with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and enhance satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks as needed to support department operations. Contribute to the development of team schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong organizational and time-management skills is plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools. Leadership qualities, including decision-making and problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
