Job Description:
- Check and park of the receiving documents by the stores against the order on documentation of LPO.
- Report on Daily Food Costing and Executive Meal summary to input on material management in SAP.
- Finalize event revenue and supervise stocks for events with over 200 covers.
- Summarize stocks for all outlets and general stores at every month end.
- Provide analytical reports to Outlet Managers for evaluation, budget, and forecast.
- Analyze the variances in inventory and prepare action plans to address shortages as applicable.
