Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Sales Executive must plan, lead and control an effective sales function to ensure the development, maintenance and growth of a viable and profitable organization

• Proactively reach out to all clients on Whatsapp to share latest collections, offers or news.
• Respond to all clients inquiries on email, Whatsapp & Instagram in a professional & timely manner.
• Take customer appointments, welcome them & find out their needs
• describe an outfit’s features & demonstrate use and styling of the outfits.
• recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise & make suggestions to encourage purchases.
• provide information about warranties, production specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
• bag or package purchases & orders and arrange deliver/shipping.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs
• Deal with complaints from clients to maintain the brands’ reputation
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for all sales platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, website, retailers, and showroom)
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
• Monitor stock movement, consider and suggest markdowns, promotions, price changes,
• outs etc
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Enforce health and safety precautions in the showroom.
• Organizing all store operations
• Be on location at any sales events in the region.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned
