We are is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office in JLT to perform administrative tasks and provide high-level business support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors, answer/screen/direct phone calls, manage email correspondence , postal and courier shipments
• Establish and maintain record-keeping system for files, contacts, employee directory etc.
• Perform daily administrative and office support , arrange for timely payments ;  ensure that company operations run efficiently
• Provide direct business support to senior management, including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms etc.  
• Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, offsite, and via video conference
• Coordinate travel arrangements for all levels of employees
• Maintain and update company website and corporate social networks
• Oversee and maintain office equipment , identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain, and manage vendors, and coordinate timely delivery
• Handle and keep records of petty cash expenses
• Assist HR with recruiting and on- and offboarding-related duties
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
