JOB FUNCTION      

Daily Logistics

Supervise drivers and installers for the delivery.

Driver Scheduling and monitoring of the drivers, delivery, installation team and other vehicle issues

Coordinates with the customer, suppliers, delivery team, labor, vehicle and equipment requirement (as  required)

Collects/Delivers from supplier – coordinates with Procurement Officer, Finance, Storekeeper and supplier

Request from finance and make sure that details are correct and give documents to assigned person

Order Shipments

Freight rate inquiries and follow up

Coordinates with Qatar customs

Assures consignment will be delivered without delay.

Update order status including date of LPO, date of payment and estimated delivery dates
