A well reputed Medical Clinic is currently looking for an Admin (Cum Marketing Coordinator) preferably locally available in Qatar and can join immediately.

*Must be Arabic Speaker and Fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

· Compiling monthly sales reports.

· Supporting the admin department with other administrative tasks, IF REQUESTED.

· Making the Quotation and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Monitor and follow up on outstanding Sales quotation

· Resolves administrative problems by coordinating and identifying solutions.

· Provides information by answering questions and requests.
