Job Details

We are looking for an Accountant to post financial transactions, handle end-to-end bookkeeping, prepare reports, and reconcile AP/AR with banking management.

Accountant responsibilities include managing financial documents and following procedures, reconciling bank statements, and coordinating with multiple teams. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with accounting and a flair for perfection in your work.

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions including preparation of invoices, posting, and tracking in accounting system
Cross-team communication with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
Prepare commercial invoices, transactional and shipping documents
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure timely bank payments and petty cash
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
