
- Manages the assigned business accounts by maintaining a cordial business relationship with the client.
- By understanding the business needs, the account executive acts as an advisor to help the client navigate through the available products and solutions on our marketplace.
- Through proper account management (understanding the business drivers) ensures the assigned business account is achieving the set monthly budget.
- Constantly identifies the clients changing business needs (opportunities), and matches this with the best available solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending bottom and top-line improvements.
- Identifies and advises the stakeholders on the necessary product improvements or new products so as to remain current on industry trends, market activities, and ahead of the competitors.
- Timely records and analyzes the reports from the established systems.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing the organization’s standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
