Job Job Opportunity Details: We are looking for skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team as Waiters/Waitresses at our hotel in Jumeirah. The Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus and provide recommendations. Take and accurately record food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Upsell additional menu items or promotions.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or upscale restaurant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent.
