 RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs

– Administer medications and provide wound care

– Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care

– Educate patients and families on health management

Requirements

– Bachelors degree in Nursing or GNM qualified

– Experience in home healthcare preferapply-d

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
