1.      Drive and monitor Audits of the company according to the Audit Program and ISO Procedure, IMS system & policy of company,
2.      Follow up of planning of each audit, including: notification of auditees, analysis, recommendation and submittal for approval of the Audit Plan, ensure that Audit Plan has been dispatched to auditees, providing assistance to auditors during the steps of preparation,
3.      Interfacing between auditors and auditees. Act as a facilitator of audits.
4.      Ensure the completion of the audit. Receive the signed audit reports within reasonable due time.
5.      Ensure that conclusions of the audit are understood by the auditees.
6.      Manage and monitor nonconformities with respect to the ISO 22000 Procedure & IMS System & policy.
7.      Ensure that nonconformities are correctly entered into system of IMS and all section are fulfilled, and make sure relevant persons are notified on occurrence of nonconformance,
8.      Follow the responsiveness of process owners on nonconformities treatment.
9.      Follow up the Corrective and Preventive actions
10.   Make sure quality incidents are recorded into IMS Record forms,
11.   Ensure investigations are conducted and root causes are identified,
12.   Ensure Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions are established and recorded into IMS.
13.   Monitor the Corrective/Preventive actions following the ISO 22000 & HACCP Procedures,
14.   Promote Opportunities for Improvement within the organization.
15.   Use the results of Audit to identify opportunities for improvement for all ISO 22000 & HACCP processes.
16.   Monitor Opportunities for Improvement in IMS system.
17.   Conduct periodical visits in the kitchen & Ensure the Hygiene levels
18.   Evaluate methods & implement the corrective actions by coordinating with kitchen supervisor
19.   Identify and report structural deficiencies in the food operation
20.   Collect and make a summary of guest complaints on food quality and hygiene
