***Hiring For Operation Manager/Director***

–          Previous working experience as GM, Operation Director.

–          Serve as a liaison to Sales and After Sales to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.

–          Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.

–          Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

–          Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.

–          Experience in budget and business plan development.

–          Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.

–          Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.

–          Experience related to any industry.

–          Working in Multi-National companies.

–          Bilingual Arabic/English.

–          Age 30-45.

–         Education: MBA, or candidates from Automotive Engineering field preferapply-d.
