Job Description:

• Assist the Project Managers in handling the fit-out projects of all new and renovations of existing retails outlets across GCC and ensure timely completion of projects. 
• Coordinate with fitout contractors, mall managements, and government departments, for obtaining necessary approvals to execute the works
• Closely monitor all projects, ensure completion on time, within budgets and as per expected quality standards.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed, materials used & track expenditures
• Identify the snags and coordinate with contractors to rectify them
