Job Job Opportunity Details: -Manage the Sales and Leasing Consultants. -Direct and motivate the Sales & Leasing Consultants and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and objectives. -Responsible for the combined performance of Sales & Leasing Consultants and ensuring everyone within the team achieve their targets. -Set and review targets in line with the Managing Director/Managing Partner and motivate them to achieve the targets set. -Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects in order to penetrate new markets. -Gather up-to-date information about competitors and the property industry. -Liaise and build good client relations. -Solve client issues and queries when they occur. -Ensure that the office maintains an accurate record of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team. -Prepare manuals and supervise the implementation of processes, procedures, and standards for the Sales & Leasing Consultants. -Coordinate payments and commission process to all stakeholders (clients, agencies, sales consultants). -Determine training and development needs of staff and recommend training courses in order to improve performance. -Ensure accurate listing of all properties. -Ensure Prop space is updated regularly with client and property updates. -Ensure all contracts are drafted accurately – must review all tenancy and sales contracts and sign them off. -Organise and supervise all administrative and office activities to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the sales office. -Ensure all office visitors are welcomed and attended to in a professional manner. -Responsible for the weekly team meetings. -Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws, economies, and types of available mortgages, financing options, and government programs. -Recruitment of Sales and Leasing Consultants as and when necessary. -Assignment of leads to the relevant Sales & Leasing Consultants.
