We are looking for a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic FEMALE RECEPTIONIST who functions well as part of a team, in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has deep experience or is willing to learn about the Dental Industry with fluent English speakers.

Responsibilities

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Manage office supplies inventory and purchasing.
Handling quotations and communication with suppliers.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine corence, and reports.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming corence requiring replies.
Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
Coordinate with Insurance Department / Provide Basic and Accurate
