1.1.   The job responsibilities of the Web Admin include, but not limited to, the following:

1.1.1.           Work with Web Development team to identify web systems needs and solutions

1.1.2.           Configure, design, and develop solutions including key integrations to 3rd party solutions

1.1.3.           Coach and train business users on proper use of the system

1.1.4.           Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met

1.1.5.           Participate on project teams to deliver new functionality

1.1.6.           Maintain state of the art understanding of website and mobile platform capabilities

1.1.7.           Work closely with Salesforce and other 3rd party solutions providers to enhance our business capabilities

1.1.8.           Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.

1.1.9.           Identify or address interoperability requirements.

1.1.10.        Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.

1.1.11.        Document application and web site changes or change procedures.

1.1.12.        Develop or document style guidelines for web site content.

1.1.13.        Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications.

1.1.14.        Develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revision.

1.1.15.        Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.

1.1.16.        Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.

1.1.17.        Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.

1.1.18.        Recommend web site improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations.

1.1.19.        Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service.

1.1.20.        Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.

1.1.21.        Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.

1.1.22.        Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use.

1.1.23.        Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor

1.2.   The job responsibilities of the SEO Specialist include, but not limited to, the following:

1.2.1.           Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings

1.2.2.           Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials

1.2.3.           Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts

1.2.4.           Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance

1.2.5.           Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals

1.2.6.           Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy

1.2.7.           Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions

1.2.8.           Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

1.2.9.           Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
