WELDER / FABRICATOR Latest Job In Qatar

As an international leading company in manufacturing is currently seeking welders/fabricators for our factory in Doha. We manufacture various cutters, shears, hammers, etc. of heavy equipment for the  projects like drainage and/or tunneling projects and construction project management

 A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.

 Duties:

1.     Cuts and/or joins metal parts in order to fabricate or repair machines and other articles, using tools such as Plasma Cutter, MIG/MAG welder, TIG welder, Arc welder oxyacetylene torch, Grinder, Drill press, and other tools.

2.     Fabricates parts and Equipment using manufacturers’ specifications, measuring devices, calculators, drawings, and service requests.

3.     Designs and creates holding jigs to aid in the fabrication of parts.

4.     Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

5.     Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps at a different excavation site

6.     Setting up components for welding according to specifications.
