We are looking for hiring 6 Nos of Logistic/Procurement assistants for our Health care chain. 

Major Responsibilities are:

§  Prepare complete documentation for procurement of supplies as per Supervisor Instructions.

§  Creates requests for quotes, drafts bids, and organizes all bid documentation for goods and services.

§  Assist in the Evaluation of bids from proposals and prepares bid analysis documents and submit all bid analyses.

§  Assist site visit to bidders’ premises as part of the evaluation.

§  Understand priorities in Health Centers and ensure that urgent items are delivered at the right time to the respective areas.

§  Monitors and coordinates the deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the agreed-upon destination.

§  Prepare Payment Orders through ERP System.

§  Participate in yearly stock counting in Health Center and Central Warehouse and report any discrepancy to the SCM team.

§  Ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting.

§  Assist Logistics Supervisor in Warehouse monitoring ensuring that the Warehouse is properly set up, cleaning and security conditions are respected.

§  Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

§  Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)

§  Deal with customer complaints or issues.

§  Support meeting and conferencing needs. 

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or its equivalent

Experience & Knowledge Requirement 

Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management in the Medical Sector.
