Requirements:

· Previous experience working in a cafe or restaurant

· At least 2 years’ experience as Barista/Cashier

· Good level of spoken and reading English.

· Ideally has some knowledge and experience of making coffee drinks (hot/cold).

· Ideally has some knowledge and experience of customer service standards

· Ideally has an interest in sustainability and recycling.

· A friendly personality with good people skills and multi-tasking ability

Responsibilities:

· Greeting customers, promote signature drinks and taking orders.

· Making all coffee drinks (hot/cold)

· Cleaning the drinks area

· Managing the Point of Sale (POS).

· Collecting payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers.

· Verifying credit card acceptance

· Issuing receipts

· Redeeming and monitoring vouchers and loyalty card

· Balancing cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end work shift

· Balancing cash/credit sales against the POS report

· Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
