Position: Executive Assistant to Head of Corporate Development

CORE SKILLS

Data Handling
•    Experience with Pivot tables
•    Receiving and processing data
•    Ability to display data in an understandable format for end users; especially when it comes to reports and presentation
•    Setting up of automatic reports for outcomes on data being tracked

Admin and Secretarial Support
•    Organizing meetings (internal and external), arranging all the requirements pertaining to the agenda to be discussed
•    Gathering critical information from meetings and producing insightful reports (MOMs).
•    Strong involvement in data gathering through different sources and analysing the information requiapply-d for administrative reporting
•    Making of appointments

Sales and Marketing
•    Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to aid in strategical planning
•    Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
•    Conceptualizing, planning, analyzing, and implementing necessary measures to ensure the delivery of efficient services
•    Awareness and/or experience of the function and roles of sales and/or marketing

Attributes
•    Good written and verbal communications skills
•    Excellent time keeping
•    Self-motivating
•    Ability to work independently
•    To be able to meet deadlines and time scales

Salary will be between 5,000 QR to 7,000 QR depending on experience and interview results.
