IMMEDIATE HIRING OF RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY (FEMALE ONLY)

We are leading construction Company in Qatar – looking for a RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY with experience in handling various front office and Customer Management.

Female, Graduate

Language: Should be Fluent in English. (Arabic, Hindi will be an added advantage)

Experience: 0-2 Years

Knowledge in managing various front office activities.

Good computer knowledge (ERP experience especially in Accounting System.)

Follow-up with the clients for the payments and collection.

Answer and forward incoming calls and emails to the concerned department.

Letter drafting to Clients or for Authorities.

Update Tasks and Schedule meetings.

Prepare Quotations for Sales team and it’s follow up.
