We are leading construction Company in Qatar - looking for a RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY with experience in handling various front office and Customer Management.
Female, Graduate
Language: Should be Fluent in English. (Arabic, Hindi will be an added advantage)
Experience: 0-2 Years
Knowledge in managing various front office activities.
Good computer knowledge (ERP experience especially in Accounting System.)
Follow-up with the clients for the payments and collection.
Answer and forward incoming calls and emails to the concerned department.
Letter drafting to Clients or for Authorities.
Update Job Responsibilities: and Schedule meetings.
Prepare Quotations for Sales team and it’s follow up.
