مطلوب مدير متجر أزياء - سيدات فقط

1-     الإلتزام بالوقت المحدد من قبل إدارة المتجر للحضور والمغادرة والعمل بنظام الورديات

2-     الإلتزام باللباس المحدد من قبل إدارة المتجر والإلتزام  بالأناقة والنظافة الشخصية.

3-     العمل بروح الفريق والاستعداد للعمل على مهام متعددة.

4-     استقبال العملاء بإبتسامة حقيقية وبعبارات الترحيب والوداع مع التأكد عن رضى العميل

5-     التأكد من معالجة المشاكل والملاحظات لدى العملاء بشكل سريع ومهني ونقلها في الوقت المناسب إلى مدير المتجر عند الضرورة.

6-     تحقق أهداف المبيعات المحددة ( (Target واستخدم طرقًا مبتكرة للوصول لها مع مراعاة متطلبات العميل.

7-     التعلم السريع لجميع المعلومات الخاصة بالمنتج، واغتنام الفرص لزيادة المبيعات وتقديم الاقتراحات لإدارة المتجر لتحسين بيئة العمل.  

8-     التأكد من الحفاظ على معايير المتجر في جميع الأوقات، والحفاظ على النظافة والترتيب 

9-     القدرة على تحفيز وإقناع العملاء

·       following the time schuel, attnednc and leave, work in the shifts.

·       following the dressing  instructions, elegance and personal hygiene.

·       Teamwork and ability to work on multiple tasks.

·       welcoming  customers with a genuine smile and with words of welcome and farewell and being sure the customers are satisfy

·       handling the problems and complains.

·       Achieve sales targets and use methods to reach them.

·       Quick learn about all the products information, seize opportunities to increase sales and make suggestions in the work environment.

·         be responseble about growth in all areas, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

·       Ability to motivate and persuade customers.

·       High School Certificate as a minimum

·       At least 2 years experience in the same field.
