Interior Fit & Execution Experience: Must have experience in execution of all kinds of commercial, office and residential interior fit out works: Executing finishing works – painting; PVC, ceramic and carpet tiling; gypsum wall; gypsum ceilings; glass partitions; joinery works; electrical works; plumbing and drainage works.  Experience in overseeing Fire Fighting works through FF subcontractors. Must be able to coordinate with multiple contractors on site and resolve any clashes in MEP services and Civil Finishing works Must maintain a clear documentation for all site
