Job Purpose: To build and grow the portfolio of assigned clients, by identifying selling and cross-selling opportunities through the daily analysis and interactions made with clients in order to increase client wallet share and loyalty as per the strategic goals of the bank.

Accountabilities:

1. Relationship Management: Develop and manage client relationships to meet client needs and achieve desiapply-d objectives of the bank in line with the requiapply-d standards and identify new clients and ensure the proper articulation of services/products which ADCB would offer them in order to increase the size of the portfolio and wallet share. Manage the daily interactions with clients and provide superior client service to improve clients’ experiences and maximizes the bank’s profitability.

2. Portfolio Management: Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desiapply-d quality through cross sell, upsell and retention
Cross sell and upsell various products of the portfolio to existing client accounts, based on the requirements of the client, in order to contribute to the increase in product penetration and wallet share of the existing clients.

3. Volume Delivery: Deliver the financial target as agreed with the business whilst adhering to the requiapply-d standards, policies and procedures

4. Customer Service: Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the bank’s requiapply-d levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions. Assist in coordinating service provisions with others in order to ensure efficient turnaround of transactions and that clients’ enquiries and documentation needs are met in a timely manner.

5. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the requiapply-d standard while delivering the requiapply-d standards of service to customers and stakeholders
