DescriptionFormulate budgets, forecasts and variance analysis periodically and subsequently provide recommendations to managementPrepare financial reports on an annual basis in an accurate and timely mannerImplement robust policies and process improvements to facilitate business operationsPrepare reports highlighting key financial metrics, such as investments, return on assets and growth ratesAssess business projections and report on the profit, liquidity, and cash flow of the business periodicallyHandle the accounts payable and receivables functionProvide support with payroll activitiesDevelop best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment

ProfileBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management5-7 years of experience within a similar role3 years of experience within the Big 4 or similar is preferredStrong relationship building skills with external sources (e.g., banks)Must be meticulousProficient in ExcelExcellent communication skills
