In this role you will be requiapply-d to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of enquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between our production staff and customers. This role is 100% desk based and all necessary training will be provided. Our client is seeking someone who has excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner. You will need to be highly organised and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. You must have a technical bias as my clients’ product is of a technical nature. AutoCAD would be a definite advantage, SAP is essential.

Description:

• Interacting with customers on enquiries and follow-ups
• Preparing Quotations for Sales Team
• Order Processing – Entering order in SAP, liaison with our clients’ head office on delivery time and documentations
• Coordinate with customer on deliveries and providing installation support wherever requiapply-d
• Monitor and follow-up outstanding payments
• Support Sales Team to achieve the annual sales target
• Ensure clear dispatch instructions & follow-up to ensure timely dispatches
• Build-up product and application knowledge for every product, preparing presentations, product positioning, FAB analysis
• Build-up database with contact details of key contacts in each account
• Support Marketing activities, sending mailers, product descriptions and salient features to all listed accounts when requiapply-d
