Job Purpose:

The Microsoft Consultant must have deep technical knowledge in various Microsoft technologies, with focusing on the latest versions of products portfolio. Combining client-facing consultancy with hands-on solution and technical delivery, the Consultant will liaise with client’s IT teams to ensure a successful delivery of technical services / solutions and provide proper support to solve technical problems related to Microsoft products. The Consultant will be expected to continually engage in live and self-paced trainings to expand and strengthen product, licensing, and program knowledge

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·       Drive measurably high levels of customer satisfaction that lead to customer loyalty and retention

·       Provide customer support via onsite visit, telephone, web-conferencing, portal, and email

·       Assist in testing new and enhanced product features

·       Investigate, validate, and report customer submitted bug reports

·       Develop the capability to transition customers from legacy on-premises solutions to next generation hosted and on-premises solutions

·       Demonstrate technical leadership during the implementation phase with the client as well as with the internal project and technical teams

·       Implementing and/or integrating Microsoft solutions; both on-premises and cloud

Technical Competencies

Education, Certifications and Professional Experience (Required for satisfactory performance on the job)

Educational Qualification:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent

Professional Certifications:

·       As per partnership demands of the company

Experience:

·       6-8 years of similar experience in relevant industry.

Special Technical Skills:

·       Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Azure, M365, AI, Security, MS Infrastructure
