Operations Manager (FMCG) (QR-5252)

Operations Manager (Retail – Fashion & Apparel) (QR-5253)

Operations Manager (Retail – Food retail)  (QR-5254)

OBJECTIVE of each operations manager role:

• To develop the operational strategy and plan to achieve the vision for the brand in Middle-East, including the outcomes and workforce issues at a strategic & tactical level • To manage the aspects of operations & delivery of all projects in Qatar • To ensure that all the decisions, directions & actions made are aligned with Middle-East strategy, values & guiding principles.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate local Operation functions for Qatar • To be a relay of all Operation functions based in Dubai toward Projects and Departments in Qatar • To provide support to Projects in term of process, tools, staffing etc., in close relationship with Middle East Operations • To make sure that actions decided will be closed on time • To coordinate implementation of major actions such as but not limited to: • Logistic and supply chain for Projects 

• Set-up of the Customer Support Center

 • Digital activities (Design thinking, Innovation …) • Industrial partnerships if any • Participation to the bid process with a strong focus on local parts & costs • In cooperation with the Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers, investigate potential strategic partnerships with local Companies • Participation to all Project reviews and coordinate actions with Middle East Operations • Leads the development of new initiatives across functions and teams, including developing implementation plans, building capability for delivery and evaluating outcomes • Acts as a role model in ethical behavior and business practices and ensures that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization. • Drives performance development across portfolio. Provides clear feedback to team members in a manner that is consistent with organizational values and conducive to maintaining and improving performance. Counsels and/or disciplines staff as appropriate • Supports recruitment, retention and recognition activities. Provides mentoring opportunities and supports succession planning in assigned portfolio.

Requirements:

0015 years of career experience, with at least 5 years in the same role

Have a GCC driving license

Any nationality

 (Salary is 25k upto 35K)

Head of Sales – Retail (QR-5255)

Responsible for the sales and operations of all retail sales management in Qatar. Provides daily coaching and direction to a Territory Managers and Market Managers as well as acts as the liaison between field teams and corporate headquarters. Communicates daily with Territory Managers, identifies opportunities to improve overall performance, and acts quickly to implement effective action plans.Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions.Contributes to the development of the organization’s business strategy.Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Requirements:

+ 15 years of career experience, with minimum 5 years in the same role

Have GCC driving license

Any nationality

Business Development Manager (QR-5256)

• Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the Club. • Research, find and build relationships with potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. • Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. • Build professional and harmonious business relationship with clients of the Group, companies, local associations, government agencies,  and the like. • Call on clients, make presentations on solutions and services that meet or papply-dict the clients’ requirements and needs. • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the Group

• Conduct daily sales calls and meet potential clients to grow, maintain, and leverage PR network. • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. • Participate in pricing the solution/service. • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
