
Mena3D is looking for an Office Administrator for the following roles:
ADMIN
– Handles office lease renewal, visa renewals, license renewal
– Prepares official letters, material in/out pass, NOC, Authorization letters etc.
– Procure office supplies
– Prepare Purchase orders to suppliers
– Take minutes of meeting
– Salary authorization / WPS
– Prepare training certificates
SALES
– Update crm on all the Leads, Potentials and Contacts
– Followup with customers on existing queries and quotations sent
– Receive inquiries from customers and coordinate with the team
FINANCE / ACCOUNTS
– Prepare financial and sales report. Monitor sales and expenses of company.
– Prepare open invoices report. Monitor accounts payables and account receivables
– Compute sales commissions
– File for VAT Returns
– Handle Petty cash
– Application of bank guarantees, bank letters, LC etc.
LOGISTICS
– Prepare import and export shipments. Book collection and monitor delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
– Prepare Invoice, Packing list, Delivery notes, COO (if needed)
Contract length: 36 months
Expected Start Date: 12/12/2021
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
