Black and Grey is recruiting for a growing Aerosols and Personal care products manufacturer in Sharjah, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager who will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and lead generation. 

– Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients in Africa, Europe and Asian market

– Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

– Drive deals to close in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing clients

– Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

– Track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals

– Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

– Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecast to the management team

Requirements- 10+ years in the similar industry as a Export Sales Manager

– Hands- on experience in Aerosols and Personal care product sales 

– Knowledge of International contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations

– Strong ability to independently deliver against short term immediate goal and long term strategic objectives

– Successful previous experience as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
