Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through phone call, email and in person, offer them property consultancy services.
• Helps Real Estate Agents by listing properties on demand.
• Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent and Generate new property listings via networking, site-visits and regular meetings and cold-calls.
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
• Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
• Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and need to be updated on all topmost developer projects.
