About the Client: 

UK based building material supplier in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

Responsible for customer order, dispatch, general filing, phone calls, emails, invoices Works Orders, Purchase orders etc.

Has understanding of figures and numbers, handling invoices, customer service and admin tasks. 

Act as Sales coordinator and Admin in charge

Adjust stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed for customers and keep the office in a general clean and tidy state. 

Deal with and expedite shipments from the UK and assist the accounting company/system to manage the requiapply-d documentation

Qualifications: 

Open to Filipino nationals

40 years old and below

At least 2 years’ experience in similar work role preferably from construction or building materials supplier company 

High level of data analysis and proficiency in Excel

Must be comfortable working with large volumes of data

Open to Abu Dhabi candidates and must be willing to work in Musaffah area
