POSITION SUMMARY:Â
- Lead Procedure Qualification Trials (PQT), Applicator Qualification Trials (AQT) for all products assigned to the Field Services team at Customer sites. Typical products include Heat Shrink Sleeves, Visco-Elastic coating, Liquid coatings (brush/spray/atomizer)
- Support Product Management and R&D team by performing site trials and testing.
- Repair and maintenance of equipment fleet such as Induction Heating Equipment and IntelliCOAT.
- Provide technical and project support documentation.
- Coordinate between other departments like HSE, Customer Service, Business Development, Proposal and Technical departments.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
–      Performs/supervise PQT’s at customer project locations
Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Training/AQT to contractor personnel on the installation procedures of products specified for the project either physically or virtually
Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide required on-site inspection and supervision during installation of products
Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Internal trials and testing to support product management and R&D team
Â
–      Repair/Maintenance of Induction Heating Equipment’s
Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Operation and basic maintenance of IntelliCOAT
Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Technical/Project documentation (Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan, Compliance Summaries)
Â
Coordinate/ inside support to other departments like HSE, Customer Service, Business Development, Proposal and Technical departments to ensure smooth execution of project from start to finish
