Job Description:
- Responsible for Sourcing, handling and coordinating with venues and suppliers for any requirements
- Creating events execution plan and marketing plan for the event
- Coordinating with internal team to create collaterals for the event
- Inviting and confirming attendees and reviewing documents for awards related events
- Mounting and executing event and monitoring set up
- Coordinating with internal team for script and other content requirement
- Budget planning, requisition and disbursement and creating report including survey and feedback form
