• Answering and attending to landline phone calls and directing them as requiapply-d
• Answering lead calls on company mobile and assigning them to agents as requiapply-d
• CRM management – adding and assigning leads as requiapply-d
Preparing documents as requiapply-d – Google Forms, NOC’s, Google Sheets, etc
• Filling out Legal Forms when requiapply-d
• Listing properties on Property Portals (i.e. Bayut and Property Finder, etc.)
• Daily Management and updating of the listings on the CRM
Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals)
• Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, details as necessary
• Diary Management
• Support and assist the agents on property portals issues
• Well aware of Trakheesi system & knowledge of all Real Estate forms(A, B etc.)

Requirements

• At least 1-year prior experience in the real estate industry as an Admin or Listing Coordinator
• Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives on providing excellent customer service
