• Proficient in English and Arabic (oral and written)
• Must possess a law degree
• Must be computer literate
• Support with review of contracts, drafting amendments and addendums
• Support on calls with clients to discuss any legal or contractual concerns they may have
• Maintain tracker of all open legal matters
• Assist in the drafting, proofreading, finalizing, and sending a variety of legal documents relating to multiple types of business transactions and negotiating of commercial agreements
• Support with all aspects of corporate compliance and company secretarial work where require
