As Clients Egypt Country Manager, you represent Clients interest in the local market, lead and develop all operations in the country following Clients strategies across all three business segments. With a local flavor and a “Can-Do” attitude, you secure high ambitions and strong execution focus with your teams. You are responsible for delivering strong results and developing your people in multiple functions.

Job Responsibilities

– Provide overall leadership and responsible for driving profitable growth targets, market share development and stimulating new business in all segments

– Drive business within the defined fixed expense frames

– Optimize and develop profitability

– Nurture, lead, and coach the team to optimum and long-term performance while securing a best in class work environment and high employee engagement

– Work with regional segment teams to deliver the best possible value proposition and ensure common alignment on strategies, forecasting and business processes

– Identify and execute focused plans for strategic hotspots where we can grow faster and profitably

– Act as spokesperson of Clients to all stakeholders, having the overall responsibility to ensure that “One Clients” culture is embedded, and representing the company locally

– Responsible to build relationships at executive levels, industry and institutional influencers as well as representing Clients in public, private affairs and enhance employer branding in the local market

– Responsible for overall customer experience and perception of Clients, as measuapply-d in Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) through delivery of our brand promise and corporate initiatives
