Responsibilities: 

• Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports. 
• Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. 
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. 
• Interfaces with suppliers as required. 
• Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. 
• Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others. 
• Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract. 
• Provides technical guidance to Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project. 
• Assists in managing relationship and acts as the representative of the client in front of sub-developers when needed.
• Manages day-to-day work and progression of sub-developers, recommends and controls project schedule and timeline of sub-developer.
• Ensures adherence of sub-developer to master community declaration, adherence to plot regulations sheets – planning parameters and development control regulation.
• Carries out development review of all sub developer submissions internally, ensures compliance of sub-developer submissions with DCR/PRS. Manages internal review process with Master planners, Design & Infrastructure, Traffic and Public Realm, respond to 3rd party developer / plot owners on adherence to design guidelines.
• Liaises with all stakeholders involved in the review and NOC process.
• Liaises with Development (Master planning, Infrastructure and Deign support teams) on plot design changes and plot regulation sheet updates and issuances.
• Maintains inventory of all client owned land parcels.
• Liaises with Design and Delivery teams on the provision of utility services to plots.
• Liaises with GIS for plot management and authority approvals / transfers.
• Manages management meetings with all internal stakeholders (Land, Master planners, Infrastructure, Traffic, Legal, Sales, etc.) to update and track 3rd party developments.
• Prepares progress reports and updates the daily submission logs and submissions status.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
